PAYMENTS AND HOLDS
All our items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We are unable to offer holds so please purchase at your earliest convenience as all items are one of a kind and go quickly.
In addition to selling our own pieces, we are happy to offer custom refurbishing/restoration of pieces in your own vintage collection. This service requires full payment up front before work will begin. Production times vary based on the scope of your project and current demand. Please feel free to send a picture of your item and what you would like done to info@youngbloodvintage.com for a quote.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All vintage pieces are sold as is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure that vintage furniture is right for your needs and home before purchase and do not hesitate to ask questions or to request additional photos before purchase. While we strive to address every issue, vintage pieces are not factory perfect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Upon request, you may receive store credit if you cannot make the piece work for your space.
NATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that shipping quotes listed are just an estimate. Please contact us via info@youngbloodvintage.com for accurate quotes based on your specific shipping needs before purchase and keep in mind that all sales are final.
We currently offer two options for your shipping needs; freight and small contractor service.
Freight
For an additional fee, freight is a quick and trackable option and generally takes two weeks to process and package and 3 to 4 business days to ship. If you need your item in timely manner you should consider this option. Items shipped via freight carriers will be boxed and palletized. This service is only a curbside service and you will be responsible for getting the piece off the truck and into your home. Freight service quotes include insurance, but it is imperative that you examine the condition of your package upon arrival. In order to fully protect your purchase, please open your shipment in the presence of the shipping professional and inspect for damage BEFORE you sign. Should you find your piece in unsatisfactory condition, do not accept the package under any circumstance. Once you have accepted/signed for your package, you are taking on any liability for the piece thereafter. We cannot assist you with a claim. If you reject the piece, however, it can be returned to us for repair or we will file a claim on your behalf. So, please take the steps necessary to protect your purchase. Youngblood Vintage cannot take responsibility for delays and/or damage caused by third party shipping providers. Any refunds will be processed by the claim department of the shipper of choice and not through Youngblood Vintage. We will, however, assist you with any paperwork.
Independent Contractor
Quotes listed are for small contractor, blanket wrap service. This service takes time to set up and execute and is based on a small contractor’s shipping route. There are more variables with this shipping option so please allow 3 to 8 weeks for delivery. Shipping time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once items have shipped, you must be available to meet the shipper at their discretion so flexibility is key for this service. If you are not available to receive your item you must appoint a neighbor or someone you trust to accept the delivery in your stead. Small contractors are independent and work on their own timetables. If you are not available to meet the shipper, you will be responsible for return shipping and/or storage fees. So, if you have any impending travel plans please notify us as soon as you purchase so that we may make arrangements according to your schedule. Insurance is optional but recommended with this service. Youngblood Vintage cannot take responsibility for delays and/or damage caused by third party shipping providers. Any refunds will be processed by the claim department of the shipper of choice and not through Youngblood Vintage. We will, however, assist you with any paperwork.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Pick-up is free and we love it! For local delivery, we recommend you set up delivery through the “Dolly” or “Bungii” apps.
FURNITURE CARE
Youngblood Vintage is not responsible for the wear and tear of our products that occurs due to time and use. We recommend only using natural based oil products to clean your furniture such as Howard’s Feed and Wax. Woods are an organic material and can shift and move based on climate. For this reason, items should be kept in a climate controlled space. Excessively hot and humid conditions may cause problems with finish as well as wood movement. We are not responsible for issues that arise from the storage or care of your purchases but we are happy to offer advice and support for problems that may arise.
